Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface
Introducing the Auto Hybrid-RIS 256-based Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface product.
Auto Hybrid-RIS is a reconfigurable intelligent surface solution supporting the Upper Mid-Band 7.125~8.4 GHz range.
It combines basic reflection and signal amplification functionalities to adjust phase and amplitude of waves, enabling
signal reflection in the desired direction. This hybrid RIS also integrates environment detection and location tracking.
Unlike traditional RIS systems requiring external control between base stations and RIS, the Hybrid RIS integrates sensors and processing capabilities to adjust behavior autonomously based on environmental and communication needs. Additionally, stereo cameras can be used to collect information from user equipment's side channels.

The Auto Hybrid-RIS 256 model consists of a 256-element passive dual-polarized reflection array, along with two active 1x16 dual-polarized sensing arrays. The arrays all support ±45°/−45° slanted polarization.
The RIS Controller dynamically adjusts the electrical characteristics of the Auto Hybrid-RIS 256 to control wave direction and reflection intelligently. Together with active arrays and I/Q down-converters, the entire system functions like a unified beamforming and sensing platform.
